Frameworks
Engagement models shaped to your momentum
Not every brand requires the same cadence. We offer three engagement architectures—each with defined deliverables, decision points, and stewardship rhythms—so you know precisely how collaboration unfolds.
Atelier Sprint
Eight to ten weeks
Designed for brands approaching a single decisive moment: a product launch, a repositioning announcement, or a flagship campaign window. We compress immersion and composition into a focused arc with weekly partner reviews.
- Positioning narrative and messaging hierarchy
- Hero campaign concept with channel adaptations
- Production oversight through final delivery
- Post-launch calibration session at week ten
Ideal when internal teams need external editorial rigour without a multi-year retainer.
Continuum Partnership
Six to twelve months, renewable
Our most requested model. Continuum embeds AdWaveProX as narrative stewards across seasonal campaigns, always-on content, and executive communications. A dedicated partner attends your leadership forums quarterly.
- Rolling narrative calendar with quarterly themes
- Priority production slots in our Circular Road studio
- Monthly analytics interpretation focused on story resonance
- On-call copy and visual review for time-sensitive needs
Suited to established brands managing complex stakeholder alignment.
Foundations Workshop
Three weeks intensive
For organisations rebuilding brand identity from first principles. We facilitate executive workshops, competitive tone audits, and narrative prototyping—delivering a craft manual your internal teams can execute against.
- Voice and visual genome documentation
- Channel-specific tone modifiers
- Editorial standards guide with annotated examples
- Train-the-team session for in-house marketers
Best when you need durable infrastructure before scaling media spend.
Choosing the right model
During your initial consultation, we assess internal capacity, competitive pressure, and narrative debt. There is no preferred model—only the architecture that matches your actual constraints. Engagements that would compromise editorial standards are declined regardless of model.

Model comparison at a glance
Each model includes partner oversight, editorial quality gates, and access to our Circular Road studio. Differences lie in duration, deliverable scope, and stewardship intensity.
- Atelier Sprint suits singular moments—a launch, an announcement, a seasonal hero campaign. You receive concentrated creative firepower without long-term commitment. Internal teams must be prepared to implement ongoing content independently after handover.
- Continuum Partnership suits brands managing multiple concurrent narratives across regions or business units. The rolling calendar prevents last-minute scrambles and ensures seasonal work inherits prior learnings rather than starting from zero each quarter.
- Foundations Workshop suits organisations rebuilding identity after merger, leadership change, or market repositioning. Deliverables emphasise documentation and capability transfer over finished campaign assets.
Hybrid arrangements are possible when phases demand different intensities—for example, Foundations followed by Continuum. We document scope transitions explicitly so expectations remain aligned.
Frequently asked questions
Do you require exclusivity? Continuum partnerships include category exclusivity within agreed territories. Sprint and Foundations engagements do not, though concurrent work for direct competitors is declined as a matter of professional integrity.
How are revisions handled? Each model includes defined revision rounds documented in the engagement letter. Additional rounds are available but scheduled to protect quality rather than rushed overnight.
Can we start small? Many clients begin with Foundations or Sprint before committing to Continuum. We encourage this progression when narrative clarity is still evolving.
What does onboarding involve? A half-day immersion at Circular Road or via video conference, access to existing brand assets, stakeholder availability for interviews, and agreement on decision-makers who can approve direction without committee paralysis.
